Eco Plus is different from the old Eco model.
The SWALLOW button on Eco Plus is not only for stirring. It is upgraded with both heating and stirring functions.
After the water is hot and you add flour, do not keep using the timer for a long time. Press SWALLOW button directly and let the machine heat and stir automatically.
This helps make your swallow smoother and reduces the chance of food sticking or burning at the bottom.
