Here are the straightforward steps:

• i. Always unplug the machine and allow the inner pot to cool completely.
• ii.Remove the the blade.
• iii.Wash the inner pot and the blade with a soft sponge and dish soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect the non-stick coating and rinse well.
• iv. For stubborn, dried-on residue (like fufu or banku), fill the pot with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then let it soak for 5–10 minutes to loosen the starch.
• v. Never submerge the main body in water. Instead, use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior.
• vi. Always ensure that all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
