1. Our Delivery Service & Payment
We are pleased to offer door-to-door delivery across all regions in Ghana for your convenience. To make your purchase stress-free, we facilitate Payment on Delivery (Cash or Mobile Money). This means you only pay for your product once it has been successfully delivered directly to your home or office.
2. How long does delivery take?
We prioritize speed through our reliable local logistics partners. For orders within Accra (Greater Accra Region), you can expect delivery within 1- to 2 working days. For deliveries to Other Regions (including Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tamale), please allow between 2 to 3 working days.
3. What country do you ship to?
We only ship to locations within Ghana only. All orders placed through our website are efficiently shipped from our central logistics hub located in Accra.
4.Can I change the product or contact info or address of my order?
Before we send out the parcel (Within 24 hours after the order is placed) You can contact support.gh@syinix.com to share your requirement or changes.
Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email. After that, the order info can't be changed.
